ECSI has been assisting clients with their Clean Water Act, Section 316(b) Cooling Water Intake Regulations and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System environmental monitoring requirements since our inception. We have been closely involved in the required monitoring of resource impacts through impingement and entrainment studies at numerous facilities, as well as the design of these monitoring systems. ECSI's professional technicians and scientists are experienced in biological sampling at facility intake screens.
