Our mission at Environmental Consulting Services, Inc. (ECSI) is to cultivate highly competent personnel familiar with current science practices in order to deliver high-quality, ethical data that enables our clients to satisfy their environmental mandates in a time- and cost-effective manner.
Environmental Consulting Services, Inc. (ECSI), established in 1984, is an environmental consulting company headquartered in Middletown, Delaware. ECSI was built on our team’s expert knowledge of environmental impact monitoring, specifically that which is mandated by cooling water intake regulations from Section 316(b) of the Clean Water Act.
In the nearly 40 years since ECSI's inception, we have continued to add to our skill base, amassing knowledge, experiences, and team members across multiple disciplines. Therefore, we are now able to provide a wide variety of high-quality ecological assessment services to help our clients satisfy all of their environmental mandates.
ECSI works throughout the mid-Atlantic coast, Great Lakes region, and Ohio River drainage. Our team of skilled scientists and technicians are proficient in multiple environmental monitoring techniques, including wetland delineation, bottom trawling and beach seining, ichthyologic and invertebrate taxonomy, entrainment and impingement studies, and much more!
